Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing

This individual will be responsible for providing sales and marketing leadership for 5-6 Project Marketing Consultants and management to multiple client communities. The ideal candidate for this senior level position is expected to effectively manage multiple Project Consultants, their efficiency and production, and the client relationship, while supporting and promoting the overall business plan of Spectrum. This individual should have a proven track record of success with a combination of 7-10 years of sales, marketing, and management success in the senior housing industry. Project Marketing Consultants

Candidates for our Project Marketing Consultant positions will have a demonstrated track record of sales and marketing success within the senior housing industry. Primary responsibilities for these positions include on-site sales management, advertising oversight, lead generation, client relationship management, marketing planning, and public relations oversight. Project Management Consultant

This individual will have a professional background in development, construction management, operations, or project management in the senior housing industry. Major responsibilities of this position include creation and implementation of the overall development plan for expanding and start-up communities, definition of product concept and positioning, budget formulation and management, organizational change consultation and management of and assistance with architectural plan review and value engineering.
