Lenbrook - Atlanta, Georgia

 

Lenbrook, a continuing care retirement community in the upscale urban setting of Buckhead, Georgia opened a 25-story expansion in December 2008.  Since 2003, Spectrum has provided market research, product development, project management and full-service marketing and sales implementation services for a 142-residence expansion and the renovation of the 221 existing independent living residences. Spectrum helped organize and implement a successful Expression of Interest (EOI) marketing program which set the stage for Lenbrook averaging eight pre-sales per month during the 10% Marketing Phase.  Spectrum continues to assist Lenbrook with final development coordination, financial advisory services, as well as and marketing and sales coordination.

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Founded in 1982 on the southern shore of Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach, Westminster-Canterbury is a not-for-profit retirement community sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia and The Presbytery of Eastern Virginia of the Presbyterian Church.

Spectrum provided research, marketing and sales management for Westminster-Canterbury during the original 160 unit expansion and extensive renovation of common areas. We also provide ongoing strategic planning and marketing advisory services.

Horizon House - Seattle, Washington

Horizon House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, designed to provide a spectrum of services and care for residents, from complete independence to individualized care in Supported Living ranging from light assistance to daily living to 24-hour-a-day nursing care. A private, nonprofit corporation established in 1961, Horizon House is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference United Church of Christ.

Spectrum provided research, planning, marketing and sales management for a 100 residence expansion and extensive healthcare and amentiy space renovation.

Southminster - Charlotte, NC

Southminster is a non-profit, accredited continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. This community was founded by two local churches who joined together to build a very special community for people of all faiths. Southminster is governed by a Board of Directors who serve without compensation to ensure that our community provides an excellent quality of life for our residents. Southminster recently added 89 spacious independent living apartments to its campus, as well as new administrative offices, a Wellness Center with a heated indoor pool, and common area amenities, including a new library and chapel.

Spectrum provided marketing and sales management services for the original community in 1989. A repeat client of Spectrum’s, Southminster subsequently engaged Spectrum to provide full-service marketing and sales services during which Spectrum introduced a successful Expression of Interest Campaign that allowed Southminster to reach its 70% pre-sale mark in only six months.  Spectrum provided project management services and marketing advisory services on a short-term basis during the opening of the new buildings in the expansion.  Spectrum continues to provide full service marketing management to replace attrition and build a broad lead base.

The Chesapeake - Newport News, Virginia

The Chesapeake, along with three other continuing care retirement communities, is a Virginia Baptist Homes community. The Chesapeake provides amenities that support and enhance the residents’ bodies, minds, and spirits. Wellness programming, life-long learning, Bible Studies, Vesper Services, travel, and volunteering in the local communities are among the opportunities pursued by residents. The community offers apartments and cottages, and a town-like community center that provides banking, dining, personal care services, a fitness center, leisure activities and more. Spectrum provided The Chesapeake with full marketing and sales management services.

Karmel - Deerfield, Illinois

Conveniently located in Deerfield, Illinois, close to world-class shopping, cultural landmarks, and only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, Karmel – a CJE Senior Life Community – offers 219 spacious, sunlit residences; an on-site Health Center providing assisted living, skilled nursing and dementia care; a Performing Arts Center; 19 floor plans with designer finishes; a fully-equipped wellness center, an indoor pool and day spa; and beautiful outdoor amenities, including courtyard dining.

Spectrum will provide full product development, financial planning, and project management services throughout the development, construction and move in period.  Karmel recently completed a very successful Expression of Interest program and started the 10% Marketing Campaign April 2009.
