Spectrum has had the privilege of working with Lenbrook since 2003 providing the initial market research, project management and marketing and sales services for the major expansion and renovation and repositioning effort.

The newly completed 25-story expansion building, which opened in December 2008, enhances an existing full-service community originally built in 1985. The expansion added 142 independent living residences connected to the existing 223-unit building to create a new Lenbrook with amenities and services that are unmatched in the Atlanta area.

Lenbrook offers residents a truly engaged lifestyle with the security of all levels of healthcare through a type B contract. Residents are provided 60 free days of annual healthcare on site, if needed. If care is needed beyond the 60 days a 20% discount off the per diem rates is given to all residents.
