Southminster is a non-profit, accredited continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. This community was founded by two local churches who joined together to build a very special community for people of all faiths. Southminster is governed by a Board of Directors who serve without compensation to ensure that our community provides an excellent quality of life for our residents. Southminster recently added 89 spacious independent living apartments to its campus, as well as new administrative offices, a Wellness Center with a heated indoor pool, and common area amenities, including a new library and chapel.

At Southminster, Spectrum initially provided market feasibility research for an 89-apartment expansion.  A repeat client of Spectrum’s, Southminster subsequently engaged Spectrum to provide full-service marketing and sales services during which Spectrum introduced a successful Expression of Interest Campaign that allowed Southminster to reach its 70% pre-sale mark in only six months.  Spectrum provided project management services and marketing advisory services on a short-term basis during the opening of the new buildings in the expansion.  Spectrum continues to provide full service marketing management to replace attrition and build a broad lead base.
