Providence Point

Providence Point offers a traditional (Type A) Life Care Contract and a modified (Type B) contract.  Pre-sales reached 60% when financed in November of 2007 and has remained above 65% during the construction phase and economic slowdown.

The community includes four dining venues, a multipurpose room, a wellness center with an indoor pool and spa, fitness center with locker rooms, educational spaces, a library, a bank, a cultural arts center and outdoor gardens and spaces , a theater, virtual golf center, and under building parking.
