Horizon House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, designed to provide a spectrum of services and care for residents, from complete independence to individualized care in Supported Living ranging from light assistance to daily living to 24-hour-a-day nursing care. A private, nonprofit corporation established in 1961, Horizon House is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference United Church of Christ. An 18-member Board of Trustees, which includes six residents, governs Horizon House.
