Scope of Work:	In 1984, Spectrum was retained to perform the initial feasibility study for the proposed community. Subsequently, Spectrum provided marketing and sales management services during the pre-sales, construction, and opening phases of the community from 1984-1986. In 2003, Spectrum was again retained to conduct the market feasibility study for a possible expansion and renovation effort (Services are on-going)
