| Scope of Work: | In 1984, Spectrum was retained to perform the initial feasibility study for the proposed retirement community. Subsequently, Spectrum provided the development management services and marketing services during the pre sales, construction and opening phases of the community from 1984 through 1989. In 1992, Spectrum was again retained by The Pines to perform a Marketing Audit of the operating facility and to provide marketing consulting services from December 1992 through July 1993. In March 2000, Spectrum completed a Market Analysis and Future Residents Survey for The Pines. In August 2000, The Pines retained Spectrum conduct a Marketing Audit and Plan. |
