Project Updates

Spectrum has been hired by Goodwin House, Inc. to provide marketing and sales implementation services to Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads, a CCRC expansion project.

Since 1987, Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads (GHBC), has been providing an active retirement lifestyle for seniors in the shadow of the nation’s capital. GHBC is currently expanding the existing campus to enhance their services and amenities. The new expansion project includes 106 new apartment homes, a Wellness Center, bistro dining, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness area, and much more. GHBC conducted a successful presale campaign and has received permanent financing for the expansion. Move-ins are scheduled for early 2010.
