Lenbrook, a Spectrum client in Atlanta, Georgia was selected for an Award of Merit by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is being featured as a published project (as well as being exhibited at AAHSA) in this cycle’s Design for Aging Review.

Lenbrook recently won “Best CCRC Common Area” from the National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Council and was selected as a finalist in the 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards competition.
