Allan is a Marketing Consultant with Spectrum. Allan has served as Marketing Consultant for Spectrum clients located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia. Some of Allan’s clients include Bishop Gadsden in Charleston, SC; Brandon Oaks in Roanoke, VA; and C.C. Young in Dallas, TX. Prior to rejoining Spectrum Allan spent five years serving as Vice President for Independent Program Development for Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, where he managed the presale, construction and occupancy of 75 cottages and three 36-residence apartment buildings and built a 25,000 sq. ft. community center. Allan also served as Project Director for the repositioning effort to re-program the campuses at the Rice Home and Lowman Home in the midlands of South Carolina. He also managed the sales and construction of 15 cottages on the RoseCrest campus in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area. Allan spends his free time with his wife of seventeen years, six children and five grandchildren. Allan is an avid reader and golfer and enjoys gourmet cooking.
