Bill is a Marketing Consultant with Spectrum. Bill has more than 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit retirement living industry as a sales and marketing specialist. Prior to joining Spectrum, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Praxeis/Asbury Management. As Vice President, Bill was responsible for three simultaneous, start-up life care communities, successfully guiding each one through the pre-marketing, financing, construction and initial move-in phases. He has served as a Marketing Director five times within his career, specializing in pre-construction marketing. While working on a degree in Psychology at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bill joined the staff of University Village, a CCRC adjacent to the campus. He later enrolled with the University of Pittsburgh's external studies in Business Administration. Some of Bill’s clients include Cypress Cove in Fort Myers, FL; Westminster Canterbury, Lynchburg in Lynchburg, VA; and Williamsburg Landing in Williamsburg, VA. Married with two grown children, Bill enjoys playing singles tennis and watching football. Bill finds spiritual fulfillment serving in a leadership role for his 2200-member church, where he is developing a children's ministry worship service.
