Dave is a Development Consultant with Spectrum in the Planning and Development Division. Dave has worked in the senior housing industry since 1983 in retirement community management, administration and dining services and he is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina. Prior to joining Spectrum, Dave was the Executive Director of Crescent View Retirement Community in Arden, NC; Administrator of Sharon Towers in Charlotte, NC; and District Manager for ARA Health Care Services, Continuing Care Dining Division. He has worked with communities in Florida, Colorado, Minnesota, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Psychology. Some of Dave’s clients include Givens Estates in Asheville, NC; Minnesota Masonic Homes in Bloomington, MN and Southminster in Charlotte, NC. His interests include snow skiing, the outdoors, jazz music and all animals. He also loves to travel and was able to see a great deal of the world while serving with the Navy Reserves for 30 years.
