Jay is a Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Spectrum. Jay has over 15 years of service to the CCRC industry, including eight years of experience with ACTS Retirement Life Communities, Inc. As the ACTS Southern Division Director of Sales, he managed eight communities, supervised sales activities of 15 sales counselors, and directed the marketing efforts in the start-up community, Lanier Village Estates in Gainesville, Georgia. Jay provides management, guidance, and support to several Spectrum client communities. Some of Jay’s clients include Windsor Meade in Williamsburg, VA; Lenbrook, in Atlanta, GA; Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads in Falls Church, VA; Saint John’s on the Lake in Milwaukee, WI; Brandon Oaks in Roanoke, VA; Meadowood in Worcester, PA and Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach, VA. Jay manages several Marketing Consultants which make up his team, as well as each community’s marketing staff. Jay also has experience with consultant training, public relations, advertising, sales, and media relations. Jay serves as a member of the Spectrum Management Team and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. When he is not traveling, Jay spends his time with his wife, daughter and son and enjoys golf and boating near their home in Chesapeake, Virginia.
