Jim is a Development Consultant with Spectrum in the Planning and Development Division. Jim has over 27 years of experience in the retirement industry, as well as a wealth of knowledge as a professional manager in both public and private sectors. Jim has worked throughout the nation with various not-for-profit organizations developing retirement communities. Prior to joining Spectrum, Jim worked with Classic Residence by Hyatt as Vice President of Development where he was responsible for new business development and acquisitions for the eastern United States. Jim holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, Wisconsin, and a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Some of Jim’s clients include Providence Point in Pittsburgh, PA; Lenbrook in Atlanta, GA; The Weinberg CCRC in Deerfield, IL, as well as multiple other communities. During his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also likes golf and exercising.
