Michael serves as Spectrum's Director of Research and Planning and brings over 25 years of experience as a consultant in market feasibility analyses and product development for all sectors of the age 50 and older housing and care continuum. Michael directs data analysis, market demographic needs studies, consumer research, model development and technical support for strategic community plans for all types of housing and health care products for the age 50 or older market. Michael is actively involved and frequently speaks at the national and state level for ALFA, AHCA, AAHSA and the National Association of Homebuilders and their 50+ Housing Council. Michael graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning with a degree in Community Planning. Michael serves as a member of the Spectrum Management Team and is a certified instructor for the NAHB University of Housing for their CAASH certification program.
