Monica serves as a Research Consultant with Spectrum and has 20 years of experience in managing market feasibility engagements in the senior housing industry. She has directed more than 150 demographic and consumer research studies for developers, financial institutions, health care providers and CCRC sponsors nationally. Monica is a frequent speaker at state and national retirement living conferences and is a contributor to industry trade publications. Monica received her Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.
