Phyllis is a Marketing Consultant with Spectrum. Phyllis has been in the field of retirement sales and marketing since 1988 with success opening and filling communities in six states (Florida, Virginia, Texas, Maryland, Connecticut, and New Jersey). She has developed award-winning sales and marketing materials, trained counselors and developed liaison with professional referral sources for CCRC communities, as well as those with assisted living and Alzheimer's care. Phyllis has received recognition for her work from the International Association of Business Communicators and The Florida Public Relations Association and is also a recipient of the Silver Circle Award, Diamond Level, from Marriott Senior Living Services. Some of Phyllis’s clients include Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads, Falls Church, VA; WindsorMeade, Williamsburg, VA; and Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury, Winchester, VA. Phyllis enjoys reading, word puzzles, and catching up with husband and granddaughter. She also enjoys traveling to historic places like Williamsburg, Virginia.
