Rita is a Research and Planning Consultant with Spectrum's Research and Strategic Planning Division. Prior to joining Spectrum, Rita served as Director of Research with a senior housing consulting company in Maryland. Rita has also worked as Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Administrative Services and Operations Director with for-profit and not-for-profit senior living communities in the Maryland and Virginia area. Rita’s primary responsibilities include conducting market reviews, market feasibility studies, community-based services market studies, and geographic strategic plans. In her free time, Rita enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, cooking and spending time with her seven year old, yellow lab.
